The following vehicle or other property subject to towing, repair and/pr storage liens, are declared to be abandoned or derelict pursuant to Section 56-5-5810 et seq., 56-5-5635, 6-1-150 and 29-15-10 SC Law as Amended, and are in the custody of Groton Towing Inc. of 455 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450.

The failure of the owner and/ or lien holder to exercise their right to reclaim the vehicle or other property within the time provided may be deemed a waiver of all right, title and interest in the vehicle or property and their consent to sale of the vehicle or property at public auction. Sale will take place on the first Monday of the month following the expiration of 15 days from the date of this notice. Public sale will take place at the business of the custodian of the vehicle or property at 8 o’clock AM.
