Public Hearing Notice

Groton Conservation Commission

   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2^nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by David Jones for the installation of a roll-out style dock at Assessor’s Parcel 129-162 (off Baby Beach Road).  

   Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
