Public Hearing Notice
Section 218-25 Site Plan Review
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A,§§9and11,M.G.L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a
public hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall to consider the application submitted by Groton School under the provisions of Groton Zoning By-law Section 218-25 Site Plan Review for the proposed construction of two new faculty housing buildings, each with four units (8 units total) and two detached garages. The proposed buildings are on the portion of the campus which was part of the William Amory Gardner Estate, on the westerly side of Shirley Road (Groton Assessors’ Map 219; Parcel 9). The project is shown on the plans entitled “Groton School, Gardner Village Phase I, GMP 8-12-19”.
     Copies of the application and plans are on file in the Planning Board’s office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
