HOW SHOULD WE GOVERN OURSELVES: Questionnaire in GELD bills

Attorney Bob Collins, Chairman of the Town Meeting Study Committee told Selectmen that the committee has prepared a double-sided two-page questionnaire for residents that will be included in the Groton Electric Light Department bills.

This is the opportunity for residents to express how they would like to see Town Meetings conducted in the future. Residents should fill out the questionnaires and place them in the drop box outside of the Town Clerk's office. Collins said that public hearings to discuss Town Meetings would be held after Labor Day
