Town Seeks Project Manager for New Lowell Road Water Treatment Plant

TOWN OF GROTON
Request for Qualifications
The Town of Groton, Massachusetts Town Manager is seeking a Request for Qualifications for Professional Project/Construction Management Services for an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) to oversee the design and reconstruction of a new Water Treatment Facility located at 864 Lowell Road, Groton, Massachusetts. The OPM shall be the Town Manager’s and the Water Superintendent’s principal agent in providing Project Management services during the entire project.
     The Town will engage in a project design in a separate agreement to provide design services.
     Copies of the Request for Qualifications may be secured at the Office of the Town Manager, Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450, or by emailing selectmen@townofgroton.org. All proposals must be received before 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, November 5, 2020, in the Office of the Town Manager, Attn: Mark W. Haddad, Town Manager. Please provide one (1) original and five (5) copies of the Qualifications submitted.
     The Town Manager reserves the right to accept any submittal in whole or in any part and to reject any or all submittals if it shall be deemed in the best interest of the Town.
