ZBA Hearing on Non-Conforming Structure, Weymisset Road

   The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall, downstairs, to convene the hearing for the application of Daniel Memont (agent for O’Bryan/Hersh, 260 Sudbury Rd., Stowe, MA 01775-1545 for a special permit to allow the alteration of a non-conforming structure on Lot 122-105, 102 Weymisset Rd., Groton, MA.  Please refer to Section 218-6.E.1 and any other applicable section of the Groton Zoning By-Law.  This legal notice shall publish at www.masspublishers.org.
