COA Director Kathy Shelp Resigns To Take Position As Director of Elder Services In North Andover

Dear Friends,
 
It is with great trepidation that I send this letter. It would have been my greatest wish to speak with everyone personally however, for obvious reason that couldn’t be.
     Today, April 27, 2021 I tendered my resignation as the Groton Council on Aging Director effective May 28, 2021.

Select Board Splits On Citizens Petition Seeking Sewer Easement Across Country Club

Article 12 on the Annual Spring Town Meeting warrant is based on a request by Christine and Kevin Lindemer of 227 Boston Road for an easement across a section of the town-owned Country Club property in order to place and maintain a subsurface sewage disposal line below existing grade. This article requires a 2/3 majority vote.
