Dunstable Conservation Commission PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 In accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a joint public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 6:50pm in the Town Hall lower level, to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Joshua & Jennifer West for their property located at 951 Main Street, Map 11, Block 40 Lot 0.  The applicants project proposes the replacement of a septic tank and force main within the 100-foot buffer zone and river front. Analysis of the lot reveals some excavation within the limits of the yard area will be necessary to accommodate the construction. No work is proposed within the limits of bordering vegetated wetland (BVW) or 100-year flood plain. There will be no trees removed in the buffer zone/riverfront of the Joint Grass Brook.
