Dunstable Conservation Commission PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

   The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, 6:30pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed and owned by Cynthia Golubisky-DiPrizito for property located at 211 Off Pond Street, Map 14, Lot 14-0.  Ms. Golubisky-DiPrizito proposes to raze a single-family dwelling, porch, deck, timber landscape wall, chain-link kennel, subsurface sewage disposal system, retaining walls, stairway to beach, floodplain alteration, floodplain compensation, grading and associated utilities within the 100-ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland, Bank of Massapoag Pond and Bordering Land Subject to Flooding. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.
