Dunstable Conservation Commission PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

  The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, 6:45 pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Carly Yezzi for property owned by Carly Yezzi and located at 179 Off Pond St, Map 13, Lot 60.  Ms. Yezzi proposes to maintain and extend two existing retaining walls, replace a walkway and two sets of stairs within the 100-ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.
