DUNSTABLE CONSERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

   In accordance with MGL, Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Town of Dunstable Local Wetland Bylaw, as amended, the Dunstable Conservation Commission (DCC) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 6:45pm to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by New England Power Company. The applicant proposes to conduct general maintenance & improvement activities along the 326 Transmission Line ROW, including structure replacements and access road & work pad improvements. The 326 Line ROW runs for approximately 4 miles through the Town of Dunstable, from the Groton/Dunstable Town border, to just north of Lowell Street.  Work will occur within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to BVW/Inland Bank, 200-ft Riverfront Area, and NHESP Estimated Habitat. Copies of the NOI may be examined at the office of the DCC, located at 511 Main Street, Dunstable MA 01827.
