DUNSTABLE CONSERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

   In accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a joint public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 6:45pm in the Town Hall lower level, to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Michael DeSalvo for his property located at 660 Groton Street, Map 9, Block 32 Lot 0.  The applicant proposes to clear and cut trees to construct a barn addition, roof overhang, pave a gravel driveway, construct a retaining wall, timber guardrail, fencing, landscaping, grading and associated utilities within the 100 ft Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and 200 ft. Riverfront Area.
