Dunstable Conservation Commission Public Meeting Notice
At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 6:30pm at the Town Hall lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) for the proposed construction of a detached garage, extension of driveway, and associated grading within the 100’ buffer zone at 145 Depot St. Request submitted by Norse Environmental Services, on behalf of the applicant Kenneth Tully for owner Patricia McAuliffe of 145 Depot St, Dunstable, MA 01827. The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw.
