DUNSTABLE CONSERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

   In accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a joint public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 6:30pm in the Town Hall lower level, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to replace an existing 18” culvert under the driveway, at the stream crossing, at 417 Main Street.  Request submitted by Dunstable Rural Land Trust of 1070 Main Street, Dunstable, MA 01827.  The RDA is on file in the Commission office at the Town Hall.  Please call 978-649-4514 x230 or email CRock@Dunstable-MA.GOV to review the application.
