Groton metal artist and owner/operator of ‘Artisan Iron’ Ray Ciemny,  fulfilled a commission for the Groton Inn, creating custom door handles for the soon-to-be-open Forge and Vine  Restaurant at the Inn. The handles are made from silicon bronze, which Ray describes as “a great material to work with, forgeable and weldable.” The leaves are hand-forged. Photo by Russ Harris.
