Public Hearing
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 6:40 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Bryan Krol for the removal of a hazardous tree at 0 Whitney Pond Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 129-55).
