In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd floor meeting room to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Tracie Smart for the installation of a replacement tight tank and new municipal water service connection at 14 Valley Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 129-38).
Copies of the NOI are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@grotonma.gov or calling 978-448-1106.
