Groton Conservation Commission Public Hearing

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Retroactive Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Ron Hersch for the removal of a beaver dam.

The subject property is off Island Rd (Parcel 131-43).
