Groton Conservation Commission Public Meeting

  In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday April 9th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by John Ponti for the removal of a dead tree within a wetland. 

   The subject property is at Bradley Drive, (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 103-35).
