Groton Conservation Commission Public Meeting

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Bradley Harper for a septic system replacement, new driveway and retaining wall construction, and associated grading within the buffer zone. 

The subject property is 4 Birchwood Ave (Parcel 122-39).
