Groton Conservation Commission Public Meeting

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by David Alexander for the removal of two trees within the buffer zone. 

The subject property is 59 Baddacook Pond Rd (Parcels 242-1 & 126-7).
