Public Notice

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Phillipe Sicard and Margaret Jean for the demolition of an existing residential structure and construction of a new dwelling and septic system at 31 Fitch’s Bridge Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 216-28).
