Groton Conservation Public Meeting

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection ac, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday April 9th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Andrew Kalitka for the removal of several hazardous trees within the buffer zone. 

The subject property is at 836 Lowell Rd, (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 128-03).
