The purpose of this hearing will be to discuss laying out Arbor Way, Cherry Tree Lane and Fieldstone Drive, Academy Hill Subdivision, as a public way as contained in the October 28, 2023 Fall Town Meeting Warrant. Copies of the plans are on file in the Land Use Department at the Groton Town Hall.

   If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.    In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by Michael McAndrew under the provisions of Groton Zoning By-law Section 218-2.5, Major Site Plan Review. The application is for a beauty salon/spa to be located in the existing main building at 142 Main Street (Assessors’ Parcel 113-7). No changes are proposed to the exterior of the building.

Bids must be received at GELD’s office by 1:00 pm, Thursday October 5, 2023, at the GELD Operations Center, 23 Station Avenue, Groton, Massachusetts 01450.
