Linda J. Moye of Feeding Hills, MA has been informally appointed as the Personal Representative of the estate to serve without surety on the bond.

The estate is being administered under informal procedure by the Personal Representative under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code without supervision by the Court.    In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Code of The Town of Groton, Chapter 196-8 Unique and Special Circumstances, the Groton Sign Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 31, 2023, at 5:00 pm at Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. This meeting will be held to consider the Sign Permit Application submitted by Kayrouz Petroleum for ExxonMobil, 6 Boston Road, Assessors Map 115-40-0.
