Preliminary Subdivision Plan and Flexible Development Special Permit

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 7:00 PM, in the Town Hall, to consider the application submitted by Jim Casella for approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan and Flexible Development Special Permit for a residential development known as Casella Acres on Wyman Road (Assessors Map 229, Parcel 58). The proposed subdivision would create six (6) single-family house lots on a cul-de-sac road, as shown on the plans entitled, “Preliminary Subdivision Plan For A Flexible Development, Groton, MA, Casella Acres” prepared by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group, dated March 27, 2024.
Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
