   In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, §§ 5 and 11, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 7:00 PM, to consider proposed amendments to the Groton Zoning Bylaw, Chapter 218. The proposed amendments will update the existing provisions for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) in the Groton Zoning Bylaw to comply with the new regulations of the Massachusetts Zoning Act.

   Copies of the proposed zoning amendments are on file in the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. Jeffrey S Talbot of Groton, MA has been informally appointed as the Personal Representative of the estate to serve without surety on the bond.
