In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, §§ 5 and 11, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 7:00 PM, to consider proposed amendments to the Groton Zoning Bylaw, Chapter 218. The proposed amendments will update the existing provisions for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) in the Groton Zoning Bylaw to comply with the new regulations of the Massachusetts Zoning Act.
