The proposed amendments will update the existing provisions for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) in the Groton Zoning Bylaw to comply with the new regulations of the Massachusetts Zoning Act.

   The Town of Groton, Massachusetts invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to develop a detailed action plan for Groton’s Town Center Vision Plan. All vendors must submit in conformance with the Request for Proposals documents which will be available in the Town Manager’s Office at 173 Main Street, beginning February 19, 2025. Town Hall is open Mon 8AM-7PM; Tues, Weds, Thurs 8AM-4PM; and Fri 8AM-1PM. This RFP shall be governed by the requirements of MGL Chapter 30B, the Uniform Procurement Act. Proposals shall be received by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2025.

   The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District School Committee will conduct a Public Hearing on the FY 26 Preliminary Budget at the Marion Stoddart Building in the Performing Arts Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. After the presentation, the public will have an opportunity to comment. Copies of the preliminary budget are available for review on the district website www.gdrsd.org.
