To the named Respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by

Heather Plotkin of Groton, MA

in the above captioned matter alleging that Tyler William Plotkin is in need of a Guardian and requesting that 

Heather J. Plotkin of Groton, MA (or some other suitable person) be appointed as Guardian to serve Without Surety on the bond.

The petition asks the court to determine that the Respondent is incapacitated, that the appointment of a Guardian is necessary, and that the proposed Guardian is appropriate. The petition is on file with this court and may contain a request for certain specific authority.

You have the right to object to this proceeding. If you wish to do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance on or before 10:00 A.M. on the return date of 12/08/2022. This day is NOT a hearing date, but a deadline date by which you have to file the written appearance if you object to the petition.    In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 13^th, 2022, at 7:30 pm at The Groton Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by owner, Groton School, seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for Farmers Row, Assessors Map 219-9 to repurpose the two soccer fields into one soccer field surrounded by a running track. Copies of the application and supporting materials are available for review by contacting the GHDC via the Land Use Dept, 2^nd floor of the Town Hall.
