In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hear- ing on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at 7:40 pm at The Groton Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by owner, Stony Brook Capital, LLC, seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 8-10 Hollis Street, Asses- sors Map 112-136-0 and 112- 137-0, for a window and door replacement, twenty-eight windows, four doors, retaining wall repair and installation of a cellar door. In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at 7:50 pm at The Groton Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by applicant, Alicia Colston, seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 167 Main Street, Assessors Map 113-48- 0, to install new wall-mounted LED fixtures on the exterior of the building. Replace one existing wall-mounted fixture on the exterior of the building and to remove two existing exterior canopy fixtures. Groton Planning Board Public Hearing Notice
Special Permit Application Flexible Development
Maple Avenue & Pepperell Road (Assessors’ Parcels 104-30 & 212-13)
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider the applications submitted by Maple Avenue Realty Trust (Robert P. Kiley, Trustee) for approval of a Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-9.1 Flexible Development. The project is located on Groton Assessors’ Parcels 104-30 and 212-13 and is part of a Major Residential Development proposal that will result in the subdivision of the existing 90- acre property on the easterly side of Pepperell Road and the westerly side of Maple Avenue into sixteen (16) lots, including seven (7) conventional lots and nine (9) Flexible Development lots. The proposed project is shown on the plan entitled, “Concept Plan, Groton Massachusetts” prepared for the Hayes Family Real Estate Trust by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group, and dated April 14, 2021.
     Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least ten days prior to the hearing.

Pursuant to Section 154-5 of the Bylaws of the Town of Groton (Stormwater Utility), the Groton Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 7:15 P.M. at the Groton Town Hall, Second Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA. The purpose of the Hearing will be to receive input so the Select Board may set the Stormwater Utility User Fee sufficient to meet the costs incurred by the Stormwater Facilities Utility for Fiscal Year 2022.
