Groton Planning Board– 

Public Hearing Notice

Preliminary Subdivision Plan– 

63 Gratuity Road

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by Routhier & Roper Gratuity Road LLC for approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for a residential development on the property located at 63 Gratuity Road (Assessors Map 216, Parcel 47).  The proposed subdivision would create sixteen (16) lots with duplex style buildings and one (1) lot with a single-family home, for a total of 33 dwelling units as shown on the plans entitled “Preliminary Subdivision, Flexible Development, 63 Gratuity Road, Groton, MA” prepared by LandTech Consultants and dated April 13, 2023.

   In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Groton, the Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 8:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider revisions to the following Chapters of Division 3, Board of Health Regulations:
