In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd floor meeting room to consider a Request for Determination (RDA) filed by Platt Builders for the construction of an addition to an existing building located at 31 Adams Avenue (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 113-76).
     Copies of the RDA are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@grotonma.gov or calling 978-448-1106.

DESCRIPTION:
     The Condominium Unit known as Unit LL (hereinafter called the “Subject Unit”), in the Condominium known as the Boynton Meadows Condominium, a Condominium (hereinafter called the “Condominium”) established pursuant to M.G.L.
