The proposed amendment would rezone the property located at 797 Boston Road (Assessors’ Parcel 133-49) from Residential-Agricultural “R-A” to Neighborhood Business “NB”. The rezoning would allow the petitioner to apply for a special permit to construct an indoor pickleball facility on the property.

   Copies of the proposed zoning amendment are on file in the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the ADA Coordinator at (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
