Special Permit – Section 218-8.1F Shared Driveways

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by Maple Avenue Realty Trust (Robert P. Kiley, Trustee) for approval of a Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-8.1F Shared Driveways.  The application is for a shared driveway serving three lots as shown on the Hayes Woods Definitive Subdivision Plan pending before the board, prepared by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group and revised on February 6, 2023.  The project is located east of Pepperell Road on Groton Assessors’ Parcel 104-30 and is part of the Major Residential Development project known as Hayes Woods.

L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 7:15 PM to consider the application submitted by New England Craft Cultivators, LLC.  The application is for a Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning By-law Section 218-10.4 Marijuana Establishments and for Site Plan Review to operate an adult-use recreational marijuana retail establishment.  The proposed marijuana retail establishment will occupy the first floor of the existing commercial building located at 1 Forge Village Road (Assessors’ Parcel 133-11) as shown on the plans and architectural drawings provided with the application.

   The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District School Committee will conduct a Public Hearing on the Preliminary FY 2024 Budget at the Middle School South Performing Arts Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. After the presentation, the public will have an opportunity to comment. Copies of the preliminary budget will be available for review on the district website by Monday, February 6, 2023.

   In accordance with the provisions of the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 198, the Earth Removal Stormwater Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 7:30 PM in person at the Town Hall, 173 Main Street, to consider the application submitted by Robert Kiley, Trustee, Maple Avenue Realty Trust, for approval of a Full Stormwater Management Permit for construction of a nine-lot subdivision  as shown on the plan entitled, “Definitive Subdivision & Flexible Development Plan, Groton MA, Hayes Woods,” prepared by Dillis & Roy, dated January 6, 2023. The proposed subdivision is located on Assessors Map 104, Parcel, on the easterly side of Pepperell Road.

   Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Land Use Department in the Town Hall.
