   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 7:15 p.m. to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Robert Kiley for the demolition of an existing residence and two outbuildings at 599 Lowell Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 243-3) and the construction of a home addition and conversion of an outbuilding to residence at 601 Lowell Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 126-15).
