In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. The meeting will be held on Zoom to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Mark Gerath for the conversion of a garage to a detached in-law apartment at 45 West Street (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 109-51). Effective immediately, there is a vacancy on the Groton Finance Committee. The appointment to fill the vacancy shall be done by a 3-person committee (Troika) that shall consist of the Chair of the Select Board, the Chair of the Finance Committee and the Town Moderator.
