In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 8:00 pm at The Groton Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by homeowner, Christopher Maloney-Perez, seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 70 Hollis Street, Assessors Map 112-110-0, 1. Install a split rail fence. 2. Paint the front/side door red and 3. To replace a storm door on the front porch. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by applicant, Friends of Prescott, seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 145 Main Street, Assessors Map 113-43-0, to add new walkways connecting to the existing and landscape design. This meeting will be held to consider the Sign Permit Application submitted by applicant, Friends of Prescott, 145 Main Street, Assessors Map 113-43-0. The application includes two signs; Prescott Community Center and Groton Visitor Center.
