The proposed zoning amendment will revise the definition of Age-Restricted Housing to require the affordable units to qualify for inclusion on the state’s Subsidized Housing Inventory and to comply with the federal Fair Housing Act.

  On Monday, July 29th, 2024, the Select Board will discuss the results of the Report that provides data on the potential removal of the Squannacook River Dam during their regularly scheduled meeting at 6:30 p.m. The discussion will take place in the Second-Floor Meeting Room of the Groton Town Hall. The purpose of the discussion will be to review the Report and determine whether or not to bring the removal of the Dam to Town Meeting for a decision. We encourage interested residents to attend.
