The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by BETA Group, Inc. for exploratory borings as part of an environmental assessment at 159 West Main Street (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 106-33).

TOWN OF GROTON PUBLIC AUCTION
In accordance with Chapter 30B, Section 15 of the Massachusetts General Laws, notice is hereby given that the Town of Groton will hold a public auction of surplus vehicles and miscellaneous items at Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 11:00am at the Groton Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. The vehicles and miscellaneous items to be auctioned include a 2014 Ford Explorer, a 2015 Ford Explorer, a 1996 AM General HUMVEE Truck, a 2002 14 passenger Chevy Bus, a Mack Truck, a Chevy Pickup Truck for parts, old dump truck body, pencil, roof and extension ladders in a variety of sizes and docks. A complete list with additional details can be obtained in by emailing townmanager@ grotonma.gov. Terms of sale: The vehicles and miscellaneous items are to be sold as is without warranty expressed or implied, and may have minimum bid prices set. The Town of Groton reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town. Every bid must be accompanied by a signed non- collusion form.
