   In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 7:30 pm at The Groton Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by Richard Chilcoat, President of the Groton Historical Society, seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 172 Main Street, Assessors Map 113-3 to install a temporary office trailer in the driveway and add additional iron rails to the front steps and rear walkway. Copies of the application and supporting materials are available for review by contacting the GHDC via the Land Use Dept, 2nd floor of the Town Hall.

   This notification is to inform the public and the residents of Massachusetts that Seven Hills Pediatric Center, located at 22 Hillside Ave, Groton, MA 01450 a 83-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in long term care for severely disabled children, will be submitting a Determination of Need application to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to increase its capacity by 8 additional beds, serving them in the newly=built housing unit on the grounds known as 22 Hillside Ave, Groton, MA 01450. Once received, the Department of Public Health will have a Public Comment timeframe on their website for the community to give input.    Under the authority granted under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31, the Groton Board of Health will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 6:30PM in the 1st Floor Meeting Room at the Groton Town Hall to consider the application for the following variances from the Local Well Regulations submitted by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group on behalf of Alan Ackerman & Tania Berk:
