Republican Town Committee

On Wednesday, April 6, at 7:30 p.m., at Groton Senior Center Groton Republican Town Committee will have a reorganizational meeting as part of their regular monthly meeting.  Every four years, soon after the Presidential Primary Election, officers of the town political committees, by state law, most hold an election for officers of the Committee for next four year term. Incumbent officers of the GRTC are President - Deirdre Slavin-Mitchell, Vice President - Jeff Wallens, Secretary - Ellen Hargraves, and Treasurer - Brooks Lyman.Current officers would welcome any member interested and willing to serve as an officer. The office of secretary will be an open position.

This is an exciting time to become involved in the political process, as we head toward the Presidential election in November.

Whether you are interested in becoming an officer or not, please plan to come to this meeting as there are some changes concerning the Committee that will be voted on. GRTC meetings are open to any interested Republican.
