Hearing on Honeywell RDA to Reduce Hexavalent Chromium in Groundwater, Main Street

Public Meeting Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 7:20 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Honeywell International, Inc. for the application of a non-hazardous solution to groundwater aimed at reducing the concentration of hexavalent chromium at 430 & 436 Main Street (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 110-35 & 33).
     Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
