INVITATION TO BID For TRASH REMOVAL AND RECYCLING SERVICES Due 11:00AM, APRIL 11, 2024

The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District is seeking sealed Bids for a contractor to perform Trash Removal & Recycling Services for the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District.

Bids may be obtained, beginning at 8:00AM on Monday, March 25, 2024 at:

Note:  it is preferred that bid documents be distributed electronically.  Bid documents can be requested via email at skersey@gdrsd.org.  Arrangements can be made for IFB package pickup if necessary.

All bids must be received no later than 11:00AM, Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District, Office of the Director of Finance and Operations, Attn:  Sherry Kersey, 344 Main Street, Groton, Massachusetts 01450.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked:

“Groton-Dunstable Regional School District Trash Removal & Recycling Services Bid”

At 11:00AM, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District, the awarding authority, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informality, investigate the ability of vendors to honor a bid, and select a bid and award a contract considered to be in the best interest of the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District.
