Thanks For Generous Contributions for Elders

Dear Editors:

Cooperative Elder Services, Inc., an adult day health and memory care program located at 8 West Main St., Groton, would like to thank Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts and Greater Lowell Community Foundation for their generous contributions. The combined donation of $5250 supports the Scholarship Program, providing essential community-based services for elders from Nashoba Valley and North Central areas. Cooperative Elder Services in Groton is open Monday through Friday and our program includes a light breakfast, full hot lunch and afternoon snack, daily nursing care, socialization with peers, therapeutic activities, door-to-door transportation and family caregiver support. Our mission is to help elders stay in their communities by promoting health and enhancing their quality of life. If you would like to visit the center or find out more information, contact Suzanne Roberts at 978-448-1400 x2 or visit www.elderdayservices.com

Most sincerely,
