MEMORIAL Service for Peter Moller

On Tuesday March 24, 2015 after an 18-month illness, the family and friends of Peter Moller lost a treasured husband, father, brother and friend. He was born In São Paulo, Brazil, and moved with his family to California, Illinois, and Denmark, before settling in 1955 in Acton.  It was there that he made the many friendships that still exist today.

He graduated from Acton-Boxboro Regional High School in 1967, and after a short time in college, spent a year in Denmark.  He spoke fluent Danish and was always close with his cousins in Denmark and visited as often as he could.

Peter was known for his craftsmanship in restoration throughout New England, and was never happier then when he was crawling around an ancient home admiring others' work. Peter took such delight in living, such pure joy in the artistry and beauty of the world around him and was always ready to share the knowledge he had acquired over his 65 years.

He will long be remembered for impromptu conversations, his silly sense of humor, and his passion and loyalty to family and friends. We will miss him greatly, he will be in our hearts eternally.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday April 12 at 2 p.m. at First Parrish Church in Groton Center with a gathering at the Groton Country Club Immediately after. Donations may be made to the Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy Research Center Fund, 100 Cambridge St. Suite 1310, Boston, MA 02114-2548.
