Local Students Honored

Country Day School

Last week, Mary Hamelin, Principal at Country Day School in Groton invited all the middle school honor roll recipients for breakfast. In all, there were 18 students from grades five through seven enjoying some tasty treats and long conversations with Mrs. Hamelin. Second quarter Honor roll recipients from Groton are Nora Leach, John Horvath, Johanna Henderson, Paul Henderson, and Molly Madigan, and from Dunstable Ava Trawick. Worcester Academy

Daniel Sullivan of Groton, grade nine, has been named to Worcester Academy's Semester 1 Honor Roll.

Ashlyn Krygowski of Dunstable, grade 11, has been named to Worcester Academy's Semester 1 Honor Roll.

Lauren Sullivan of Groton, grade 12, has been named to Worcester Academy's Semester 1 Headmaster's List.

Trinity College

Molly D. Belsky of Groton (has been recognized with Faculty Honors at Trinity College in Hartford, CT for the fall 2014 semester. Faculty Honors are awarded each semester to the students who meet the highest standard of academic excellence.

Emerson College

Alex Giggey of Dunstable has been named to Emerson College's Dean's List for the fall 2014 semester. Giggey is majoring in Marketing Communications.
