Each year, 351 towns across the Commonwealth select one 8th-grade student to represent their town in the Project 351 Ambassador Program.  Project 351 is an independent, nonprofit youth leadership organization.  Following their eighth-grade activities, these ambassadors are expected to come back to their middle school at some point during their high school years to give back, and for the past two weeks Emma and Mattie have been implementing a food collection for Loaves & Fishes.  Here are their personal thoughts about giving back:
