In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, §§ 5 and 11, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 7:00 PM, to consider a Citizens’ Petition zoning map amendment submitted by Donald Van Dyne. The proposed amendment would rezone the property located at 797 Boston Road (Assessors’ Parcel 133-49) from Residential-Agricultural “R-A” to Neighborhood Business “NB”.

Copies of the proposed zoning amendment are on file in the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
