Special Permit – Detached Accessory Apartment, 284 Old Dunstable Road

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at 7:15 PM to consider the application submitted by Corey and Rachel Kiley Brock under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Sections 218-2.3 and 218-9.4.  The applicants propose to install an accessory apartment within an existing detached garage at 284 Old Dunstable Road (Assessors’ Parcel 243-28) as described in the application.

   Copies of the applications and plans are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall.
