Special Permits – Hammerhead Lot & Shared Driveway, 207 Gratuity Road

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at 7:45 PM to consider the application submitted by Joseph Noonan under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-6.4 Hammerhead Lots and 218-8.1F Shared driveways.  The applicant proposes to create two hammerhead lots with a shared driveway at 207 Gratuity Road (Assessors’ Parcels 213-83, 213-84, & 216-57) as shown on the plan entitled, “Plan of Land, Groton, Massachusetts” prepared for Joseph A. Noonan by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group, dated April 14, 2022.

   Copies of the applications and plans are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall.
