In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by Mark Gerath and Sheila Julien under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Sections 218-2.3 and 218-9.4. The applicants propose to complete a detached accessory apartment in an existing structure at 45 West Street (Assessors Parcel 109-51) according to the plans submitted with the application.
